Fcmalt Ferric CarboxyMaltose 50mg/ml Injection is given by injection or infusion (saline drip) into a vein by your doctor or nurse. You will be watched carefully to make sure you do not have an allergic reaction. It is usually given in two doses, seven days apart. 

• The recommended dosage is one drop in the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening.
• TRAVOTAK (Travoprost Ophthalmic Solution IP) may be used concomitantly with other topical ophthalmic drug products to lower intraocular pressure. If more than one topical ophthalmic drug is being used, the drugs should be administered at least five (5) minutes apart.
• Post administration keep the eyelid closed, apply gentle pressure with a finger into the corner of the eye, for at least 1 minute.

• TRAVOTAK (Travoprost Ophthalmic Solution IP) is a prostaglandin analog and works by increasing the outflow of aqueous fluid from the eyes. Treats high pressure inside the eye including glaucoma. It has a role as an anti-glaucoma drug, an antihypertensive agent, a prodrug, an ophthalmology drug and a prostaglandin receptor agonist.

  Specifically it is used for open angle glaucoma when other agents are not sufficient.

  TRAVOTAK (Travoprost Ophthalmic Solution IP) is a synthetic lipophilic isopropyl ester prodrug of the active compound travoprost free acid, a prostaglandin F2alpha analog with anti-glaucoma property. Upon administration, travoprost is hydrolysed to a free acid by corneal esterases, and then selectively stimulating the prostaglandin F (FP prostanoid) receptor, thereby increasing the uveoscleral outflow which leads to a reduction in intra-ocular pressure.

  TRAVOTAK (Travoprost Ophthalmic Solution IP), a prostaglandin F2α analogue, is a highly selective full agonist which has a high affinity for the prostaglandin FP receptor, and facilitates reductions in intraocular pressure by increasing the outflow of aqueous humour via trabecular meshwork and uveoscleral pathways.

  • Effects generally occur within two hours and maximum effect is reached after 12 hours.
  • Travoprost is absorbed through the cornea, where it is hydrolysed to the free travoprost acid.
  • Highest concentrations of the acid in the eye are reached one to two hours after application, and its half-life in the aqueous fluid is 1.5 hours

Dorsite Eye Drops 5 ml contains Dorzolamide, a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor. It works by lowering the pressure in the eye. Dorsite Eye Drops 5 ml should be put only in the infected eye, and contact with the normal eye should be avoided.

Dorsite Eye Drops 5 ml is for external use only. Before using it, break the seal and wash your hands to avoid infection. If you wear contact lenses, remove them before using Dorsite Eye Drops 5 ml, and you can put them back 15 minutes after using Dorsite Eye Drops 5 ml. You may sometimes experience blurred vision, a burning sensation, and a bitter taste in the mouth. Uses of Dorsite Eye Drops 5 ml

Bryxta 400mg Injection is an anticancer medicine consisting of the active ingredient Bevacizumab. This medicine is developed to prevent the growth of tumors. It is indicated along with other chemotherapy drugs to treat metastatic breast cancer, brain cancer, cervical cancer, kidney cancer, lung cancer, and colorectal cancer. It is also used to treat cancers of the ovary, fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer. Use effective birth control during the treatment and for at least six months after the last dose. Bryxta 400mg Injection is not recommended for adolescents and children under the age of 18. Discuss with your doctor about the preservation of ovaries if you are planning for pregnancy in the near future as this medicine may cause fertility issues in women. It would be best to avoid breastfeeding your baby as this medicine may interfere with the growth and development.

Bryxta 400mg Injection is often administered as a combination with other chemotherapy agents. Constipation, appetite loss, runny nose, fever, skin problems, and weight loss are common side effects of Bryxta 400mg Injection. Before starting treatment with this medicine, let your doctor know if you have high blood pressure, high blood sugar, stomach disorders, or heart problems. This medicine should not be taken for 28 days before and after surgery as it is associated with poor wound healing and high bleeding complications. It is advised to report to your doctor if you have any dental issues that require surgery before taking this medicine. In case you develop any visual changes or confusion, report to your doctor to prevent complications.

Bryxta 400mg Injection is indicated to treat the following conditions:

• Glioblastoma multiforme (brain cancer)
• Persistent, recurrent, or metastatic breast cancer
• Metastatic cervical cancer

• Metastatic colorectal cancer
• Advanced non-small-cell lung cancer

Bryxta 400mg Injection is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody that works as a targeted therapy in the treatment of various advanced cancers. It produces its action by selectively binding to the protein called vascular endothelial growth factor A (VEGF-A), present in the lining of blood and lymph vessels in the body. It interrupts the interaction of VEGF-A with its receptors. This further inhibits the formation of blood vessels that supply oxygen and nutrients to the tumor. As a result, it slows down the rate of progression of cancer.
